YOUR MISSION:

  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to improve performance
  • Collaborate with management on financial topics, including investments and purchasing
  • Ensure compliance with UGB, IFRS, and internal financial regulations
  • Contribute to liquidity management and financial planning
  • Support ESG reporting, tax matters, and internal audits
  • Participate in process improvements and various finance-related projects

YOUR EXPERTISE:

  • Knowledge of accounting (UGB and IFRS) and taxation
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in controlling
  • Experience in dealing with auditing and tax audits
  • good knowledge of English. German at a beginner level is an advantage for integration with colleagues.
  • good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

WORKPLACE AND WORKING HOURS:

  • 1120 Vienna
  • 38, 5 Hours/Week

For legal reasons, we are obliged to state the minimum salary of EUR 3, 351.62 according to the collective agreement for freight forwarding employees, employment group C. However, our actual salaries are of course market-oriented and depend on professional experience and qualifications.
