We are looking for you, located in Vienna as a

UX Designer (m/f/d)

Your tasks are:

• Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users.

• Designing the interactions and workflows that users will experience when interacting with a product or service.

• Designing the visual elements of a product, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery.

• Conducting user tests to evaluate the design and identify areas for improvement.

• Work and collaborate with product managers, development leads and designers and translate findings into bold, actionable insights

• Champion and defend the voice of the user, and advocate a user-centric design approach

• Proactively challenging and improving the status quo by leveraging data and measurable metrics to inform and refine the design process.

• Demonstrating the flexibility to reach compromises and contribute to bringing the product to a launch-ready state, while maintaining a strong user-centered focus.

• Balancing technical feasibility, economic value, and user needs to ensure the product delivers tangible benefits for both the business and its users.

You’ll bring in:

• A bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI or other relevant field

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field

• Experience in working within a B2B context and a background in healthcare are a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can get your ideas across to

• a variety of audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities and meet deadlines.

• Strong collaborator, with proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders

• including designers, researchers, product leads and engineers.

• Fluency in the design process and tools such as Figma, FigJam & Zeroheight

• Experience in working with and contributing to Design Systems

• Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility.

• Adept at planning and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery.

• Strong sense of teamwork, understanding the importance of collective responsibility and shared goals to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Working proficiency in English language is required.

The minimum salary for this position is 40.000 € gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
