What you’ll achieve

As the Management Assistance, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager and Core Leadership team in overseeing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assist in project management, coordination, and administrative functions making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Proactively manage and coordinate the scheduling and administrative tasks for Manager.
• Adjust and reorganize schedules to accommodate unexpected changes and urgent cancellations.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all participants can attend and appropriate meeting rooms are reserved.
• Prepare documents for external and internal communications, taking meeting minutes.
• Analyze business relevant data and create reports / presentations.
• Support in business plans and presentations.
• Act as the liaison between different departments and senior staff members.
• Plan and facilitate company-wide events or communications.
• Pay attention to every single detail that may pose a problem to the effective running of the department´s daily activities and suggest / develop solutions for each problem.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Management and/or related studies
• 2+ years of experience as a management assistance
• Familiarity with recruiting and performance service principles
• Experience with financial and customer service principles
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• German and Englisch language skills (French and Italian as a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office related Software and good IT skills
• Good analytical skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and statistics
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude, confidence and self-drive
• Ability to work in a team, both as a leader and as a member of a team

According to the IT collective agreement, the minimum salary for this entry-level position is €44, 450.00 gross per year. Additional payment and a bonus scheme are offered based on qualifications and experience.
