YOUR TASKS:

Support colleagues in procuring goods or services in a lawful and compliant manner.
Basic understanding of the Corporate Procurement Policy and S2P Guidelines, with the ability to apply them to daily tasks.
Basic understanding of key factors in Procurement-related decision-making – Total Cost of Ownership.
Deep understanding of the Purchasing process related to Purchase-to-Pay.
Ability to create, amend, and improve catalogue content; ability to set up and amend vendor master data in DHL ePurchasing systems.
Basic understanding of supplier capabilities in the market and knowledge of Core suppliers.
Bidding (mini-tenders).

YOUR PROFILE:

Strong computer literacy and analytical skills (e.g., report analysis).
Great communication skills, with the ability to seek out information and resolve issues.
A can-do attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
0–3 years of customer service experience or other relevant experience in a business environment.
High school or university degree in International Business, Logistics, IT, Business Administration, or similar fields.
English proficiency at least at B2 level or higher is a MUST.
