We are searching the best talent for Key Account Manager Legacy portfolio. This position is based in Panamá city and may require up to 50% of travel.

Purpose:
The Key Account Manager Legacy portfolio will be responsible for the legacy and metabolic portfolio, supporting both the strategic design and ensuring the commercial plan implementation of the marketing and sales activities, identifying market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities to determine portfolio strategies.
This person will also be responsible of aligning internal functional areas and external partner's work towards meeting or exceeding the established sales goals and therefore benefiting the most patients in the region.
Maintaining the highest standards of ethics, quality, compliance and accountability; acting in accordance with the J& J Credo to create a supportive environment for others to report potentially unethical or noncompliant activity, ensuring employee ownership for compliance and quality.

Responsibilities:
• Developing the brand strategy together with the /external partners and leading the efforts towards aligned portfolio goals.

o Develop and present commercial proposals designed to increase product rotation and drive sales growth. Ensure effective product rotation at the point of sale to maximize visibility and sales.

o Leading specific promotional events or projects to improve sales performance. Working closely with key stakeholders and external partners to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.

o Establishing sales goals and providing effective coaching of external partners/ field force to consistently improve their performance.

o Administer budgets to launch strategic initiatives aimed at improving sales and product visibility.

o Preparing, allocating and controlling budgets for the legacy portfolio.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Collecting and utilizing all necessary commercial information to assist in making strategic decisions that optimize processes and enhance overall sales performance and provide strategic Decision Support.

o Collect and analyze sell-in and sell-out data to inform supply chain planning and demand forecasting.

o Analyze the seasonal nature of the product portfolio to align strategies with market demand fluctuations.

o Leverage historical data to define appropriate product grid prioritization and develop key messaging for products.

o Monitor inventory and stock levels across the cluster to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts.

o Creating daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.

• Be a point of contact for support administrative tasks with external partners/ vendors/ distributors. Responsible of activities such as creation of purchase orders, sale materials, overseeing the management of micromarketing expenses to ensure effective allocation of resources and other administrative tasks related to vendors and distributors.

• Ensuring sales activities are in compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.

• Influencing Key Account Managers (KAM) and Access Managers to increase company products presence with key private and public accounts.

• Actively participating on multifunctional team meetings to ensure good collaboration between areas.

• Eventually upon center of excellence requests to update promotional materials for legacy portfolio and cascade relevant information to external partners to ensure the adoption and training of new requirements for the sales force.Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is required.
• Experience of a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in marketing, sales or relevant commercial areas is required.
• Demonstrated track record in pharmaceutical-specialty business
• Understanding of the healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry business cycle, especially public accounts in Central America and the Caribbean is preferred.
• Marketing experience is preferred: capturing market insights and translating this into viable solutions for customers, communicating value, translating market dynamics into pricing strategy, ensuring portfolio sustainability, demand planning.

Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:

Valid driver's license.

At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
