Obchodně-technický Specialista pro Projekční kanceláře

Pozice se zaměřuje na konzultativní podporu projekčních kanceláří v oblasti elektrických instalací VN a NN.
Cílem role je propojit technické know-how s obchodním pohledem, podílet se na návrhu architektury řešení a budovat dlouhodobé vztahy s partnery.

Odpovědnosti

• Odborná podpora projekčních kanceláří v průběhu přípravy a návrhu projektů
• Konzultativní vedení projektů a návrh vhodné architektury řešení
• Technická i obchodní argumentace a obhajoba navržených řešení
• Aktivní spolupráce se stávajícími partnery a rozvoj partnerské sítě
• Vyhledávání nových obchodních a projekčních partnerů
• Kombinace osobních schůzek a vzdálené komunikace
• Spolupráce s interními odděleními, zejména přípravou projektů a realizačními týmy

Zkušenosti

• Schopnost vystupovat jako respektovaný partner projektantů, opřená o technickou odbornost, znalost elektrických instalací a práci s projekčními nástroji.
• Praxe v oblasti elektrických instalací VN a NN
• Výhodou zkušenost s projektováním nebo přípravou projektů
• Schopnost chápat technická řešení v širším kontextu a komunikovat je srozumitelně
• Zkušenost s konzultativní rolí a prací s partnery
• Samostatnost, komunikační dovednosti a schopnost spolupráce napříč týmy
