Manažer pro klíčové zákazníky / Transakční prodej + Prodej řešení

Náplň práce: Realizace prodeje usvěřených zákazníků s cílem zajistit dlouhodobý profitabilní růst a stabilní pozici SE.

Hlavní odpovědnosti:

Sales

• MKZ je kontaktní osobou pro svěřené zákazníky - rozvíjí a udržuje obchodní kontakty a zajišťuje vysokou úroveň služeb a spokojenosti zákazníků.
• průběžně dosahuje stanovených prodejních cílů, rozšiřuje spolupráci se zákazníkem o nové/ další výrobky a služby z portfolia SE
• podniká veškeré kroky k zajištění růstu prodejů a posilování tržní pozice SE
• pravidelně navštěvuje zákazníky v souladu s pravidly definovanými platforminge a dle priorit stanovených nadřízeným.
• koordinuje obchodní případy s ostatními kolegy jedná v souladu s obchodní politikou SE
• zajišťuje a projednává obchodní podmínky transakčních projektů aaplikací (HW+SW+aplikační činnost)
• řídí se a dodržuje interní směrnice společnosti
• plní další zde nespecifikované úkoly dle aktuálních priorit a pokynů nadřízeného

Marketing

• aktivně se účastní identifikace, analýzy a zjišťování obchodního potenciálu SE ve svěřené oblasti
• pravidelně zjišťuje potenciál trhu pro jednotlivé oblasti výrobků a služeb ujedenotlivých zákazníků
• jišťuje analýzu zákazníků pro potřeby SE
• pravidelně monitoruje aktivity konkurence
• analyzuje a zjišťuje průzkumy cen

Forecasting

• v případě nestandardních prodejních případů spolupracuje s logistikou na správné koordinaci dodávek
• spolupracuje na odhadu budoucích prodejů s cílem zajistit plynulost dodávek

Operativa

• připravuje a organizuje prezentace, workshopy, školení zákazníků a další prodejní akce vedoucí ke splnění stanovených cílů
• pravidelně reportuje o svých pracovních aktivitách ve stanoveném formátu a termínech
• spolupracuje s ostatními odděleními s cílem zajistit koordinaci souvisejících pracovních činností (zejména ostatní prodejní týmy, PAE/ADE/SAE, marketing, logistika, oddělení podpory prodeje, finanční oddělení)
• součástí práce jsou pravidelné služební cesty aosobní schůzky na území celé ČR, mohu se vyskytnout icesty zahraniční
• budování úzkých kontaktů sklíčovými menežery a zaměstnanci jednotlivých zákazníků - výrobců strojů
