What you will do

The Smart Manufacturing Digital Transformation Intern is accountable to support the digital roadmap by running analytics and on-the-floor observations to provide data and process solutions and training needed to the x-functional operation and digital team to execute the digital and automation project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

The objective is to provide clear and accurate information and training for effective design of solutions, to maximize value and lower risks upon a suite of projects in Operations within S/4HANA program.

• Responsible to identify all site-level digital & automation opportunities in line with OGSM and company programs projects like S/4HANA within the program ONES4.
• With a good knowledge of supply chain lean environments (ex. World Class Manufacturing, TPM, TPS, Continuous improvement), he/she supports digital optimization projects over the supply chain.
• Creates user training documents, follow up the startup of digital and automation projects like SAP S/4HANA within the program ONES4.
• Facilitates and drives digital projects enabling design, development, shake down, training and start up.
• Defines and helps in developing digital processes and training associated with Supply Chain optimizations, material flow and inventory linked to SAP S/4HANA.
• Seamlessly link with operation, logistics, supply chain and Quality to facilitate process improvements and to train the crew to the next level of new systems.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration is required.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain programs and ERP's.
• Passionate on digital and automation solutions with a pragmatic approach and can-do attitude.
• A good/excellent experience in Data Analytics and Digital environment, with respective tools (SAP, Python, Power BI, PowerApps, etc.).
• An academic knowledge in lean manufacturing Consumer manufacturing basics is preferred.

• They have strong leadership and a sense of ownership supported by technical skills, a structured mindset and is able to train several layers of the organization to the next step driving the change end-to-end and with proper deployment and standardization.
• With scarcity mentality with pragmatic less-for-more approach, he/she seeks for simple solutions and a clear digitalization flow map: observe à map à simplify/solve à digitize with a manContinuous improvement and Zero Waste mindset.
• Complement motivation and engagement with analytical databased method.
