Schneider Electric Greece is looking for highly motivated and customer centric talent to join our Services Department. As a Services Sales Engineer, the job holder will be directly reporting to Services Director. His / her main role is to develop new services sales and maximize existing installed base services sales through targeted actions with customers assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Offer preparation and follow-up
- Sales forecast & reporting on specific KPIs
- Direct Sales and follow-up on client list
- Follow up of existing installed base
- Offer preparation from lead generation from technicians and communicate to customers.
- Understanding and promoting of the services offer (digital offer, cloud platforms, electrical distribution, Medium and Low voltage, automation systems, energy monitoring solutions, maintenance contracts)
- Regular digital communication and calls to customers to identify further needs
- Understanding pricing offer list and discount ranges, handling requests for special prices
- Retain existing customers and expand collaboration using digital services offers
- Close collaboration with other sales teams, finance department, product managers, etc.
Candidate Profile- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from a University or a Technological Institution
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar sales position preferably in a multinational environment
- Adequate technical expertise in electrical distribution and Digital and cloud services.
- Good knowledge of English language.
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Customer focused, ability to adapt to different client profiles
- Team player, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Achievement drive and results orientation
- Global mindset willing to adapt in a multi-cultural environment
- Self-driven, able to work autonomously and take initiative
- Proficient oral and written command of the English language
