Job Description:

1、 基于EP创新产品和公司内部各部门紧密配合制定前瞻性的准入策略（ 包括并不限于价格、采购、支付和医院准入等内容）

2、 应对外部政策环境和市场环境的变化， 基于业务发展的需要， 针对性地设计相关准入生态环境优化策略、计划和活动安排， 并在内外合作的基础上推动开展相关活动和落地， 积极促进准入生态环境的优化和改善。

3、 在基于外部政策市场环境和产品定位深入洞察的基础上， 积极探索制定应对外部政策变化和医疗机构管理变革的创新准入策略， 包括并不限于： 在应对集采管理、DRG/DIP支付、医疗机构控费等政策和管理模式下的创新产品准入管理模式， 并和相关团队积极开展试点探索和推广。
