What You Will Do

• Ensure the accurate of SAP data (BOM/routing/packaging data ... ), and meet complement lead time .
• Routing/ST monthly review and analysis: for Paid efficiency and labor efficiency is over 100% to take actions .
• Work with cross team to meet the goals of IE in terms of productivity improvement, lean project cost saving .
• Be responsible for new line setting up/Maintenance/line layout/Routing/line balancing/effi. Improvement/std time/scrap rate improvement/IE knowledge training .
• Fully responsible for IE responsibilities in terms of quality & response time
• Quotation support for new project and provide the accurate process time to make our cost more competitive
• Implement the EHS related requirement in IE department .

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• BS, major in Industrial Engineering .
• At least 6 years work experience with IE related, Basic knowledge on IE skills, .
• Good communication skills .
• Familiarity with Kaizen/Lean improvement and goo d layout design skill .
• Knowledge of MES operation system .
• Have strong leadership & problem solving with PDCA .
