Job Description:

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

• As an ASM in China, compliance with JJSV international clinical training guideline, provide training and techinical support to our external and internal customers in order to fully understand knowledge of JJSV Cataract& refractive products and improve customer’s skill of JJSV Cataract& refractive products application.
• Identify high potential customers, increase Catalys, ELita and IntraLase procedure and utilization through implementation of clinical training, assisting in marketing activities and solving clinical problems for customers.
• KOL management
  • Build and maintain solid relationship with KOL and gain their endorsement in order to support the growth of JJSV procedures and equipment sales.
  • Identify and develop potential KOL speaker for congress, symposium and user meeting etc. Suggest and help on speech topics and presentation materials.
  • Identify potential KOLs and co-operation opportunities for medical marketing to follow up on phase IV study.
• Assist in marketing activities by product training and presentation. Update and translate training materiers into local language for customers better understanding, review and modify KOL’s presentation materials.
• Assist in sales leads information providing, product training in tendering, and tender documents preparation.
• Assist in training for PS colleagues to shorten their learning curve and work independently via training and co-visiting to customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Industry experiences: At least 8 years working experience, Ophthalmologic clinical experience preferred.
• Position experiences: At least 5 years refractive clinical application experience.
• Language Skills：Good presentation skills, fluent spoken and writting English capability.
• Computer Skills: Be good at windows and office software.
• Mobility: Willing to travel frequently, especially in public holidays if necessary.
• Certificate Required: Pass JJSV competencies certificate.
• Other Special requirement: Ophthalmology knowledge required.
