Job Description:

Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Establishes policies and programs for health economics market access processes, technology utilization, and critical analysis for current and future products and relevant marketplace benchmarks. Delivers science-driven researched insights to key stakeholders and the global market on economic studies for proven deliverables. Owns the development and execution of health economics lifecycle evidence of value and market access strategies to drive initiatives that ensure commercial success. Reviews evidence-based value input and develops arguments for robust value propositions based on customer needs for innovative products and services. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
