• Düzeltici, önleyici, öngörücü ve proaktif bakım faaliyetlerini planlar, programlar ve koordine eder.
• Görevleri tamamlamak için yaygın el ve elektrikli aletler (örneğin çekiçler, matkaplar, anahtarlar), hassas ölçüm aletleri ve elektrik test cihazlarını kullanır.
• Mekanik ve elektrikli makineleri, ekipmanları ve bileşenleri monte eder, kurar veya onarır.
• Sorunları teşhis etmek ve düzeltmek için diyagramlar, çizimler, kılavuzlar, üretici talimatları ve mühendislik spesifikasyonlarını kullanır.
• İş emirlerinin zamanında tamamlanmasını sağlamak için diğer bakım meslektaşlarıyla işbirliği yapar.
• Yedek parça siparişini, stoklamayı, dağıtımı ve envanterini kontrol eder ve optimize eder.
• Sorunların kök nedenini çözmeyi ve mevcut önleyici bakım görevlerinin ve programlarının geliştirilmesini veya iyileştirilmesini destekler.
• Tüm tesis güvenlik politikalarına uyar.
• Tesis genelinde güvenlik, temizlik, Operasyonel Mükemmellik ve Yalın Üretim programlarına katılır.

Genel Nitelikler:

• Genellikle teknik sertifikaya sahiptir.
• 3-6 yıl ilgili deneyime sahip, yüksek hacimli üretim deneyimi tercih edilir.
• İş görevlerini tamamlamak için uygun el, elektrikli ve özel aletleri ve test cihazlarını seçme ve kullanma yeteneğini gösterir.
• Otomatik endüstriyel makineler ve elektrik sistemleri anlayışı.
• Diyagramları, kılavuzları ve ölçüm araçlarını okuyabilme. Elektrik şemalarını okuyabilme ve çalışma yeteneği.
• Üretim ekipmanlarının karmaşık arızalarını gidermede derinlemesine deneyime sahiptir.
• Temel mekanik sorun çözme becerileri.
• Güçlü yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerilerini gösterir.
• Hızlı tempolu bir ortamda birden fazla önceliği yönetme ve faaliyetleri önemine göre önceliklendirme yeteneğini gösterir.

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates corrective, preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance activities.
• Utilizes common hand and power tools (e.g. hammers, drills, wrenches), precision measuring instruments, and electrical testing devices to complete tasks.
• Assembles, installs, or repairs mechanical and electrical machinery, equipment, and components.
• Utilizes diagrams, sketches, manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to diagnose and correct problems.
• Collaborates with other maintenance colleagues to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Controls and optimizes spare parts ordering, stocking, issuing, and inventorying.
• Supports root cause problem solving and development of new or refinement of existing preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Adheres to all plant safety policies.
• Participates in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean Manufacturing programs.

• Typically possesses a technical certificate
• 3-6 years of relevant experience, high volume manufacturing experience preferred
• Demonstrates ability to select and operate appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and testing devices to complete job tasks.
• Understanding of automated industrial machinery and electrical systems.
• Able to read diagrams, manuals, and measurement tools. Able to read and work with electrical schematics.
• Possesses in-depth experience with complex troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Basic mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize activities according to importance.
