Field Service Engineer (Medium & Low Voltage)

What You'll Do
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our customers' electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of Medium Voltage equipment and solutions up to 35 kV
• Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and throughout the equipment lifecycle
• Support Low Voltage service activities, particularly maintenance and repair of circuit breakers
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Schneider Electric processes, industry standards, and Health & Safety requirements
• Prepare service documentation and technical reports
• Plan and organize service activities independently while maintaining close collaboration with customers and colleagues

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with Medium Voltage electrical equipment and systems
• Experience in commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical installations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
• Electrical Safety Group certification or equivalent MV/HV qualifications
• Technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Fluent English communication skills

Please note: This role requires a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

Annual salary ranges: Estonia/Latvia 32, 000-38, 000 and Lithuania 41, 000-49, 000 EUR. Salary offers reflect local country market practices and taxation.
