Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Territory Manager to join our Ethicon team located in Estonia.

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Johnson & Johnson products while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Selling and promoting Johnson & Johnson products to meet or exceed sales targets outlined in the annual plan.

• Educating customers in a professional manner about our products and their benefits.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

• Conducting market analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitors.

Preparing tender bids in accordance with the Public Procurement Act.• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in conducting presentations and product trainings in front of healthcare professionals.

• Previous sales experience is considered to be advantage.

• Valid driving license.

• Fluency in Estonian and English.

• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
