Job Description:

Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians initiatives. Contributes to projects, programs, or processes for the Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians area. Integrates methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Clinical Sales - Specialty Physicians strategy. Attends to cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products. Implements growth initiatives and improves competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies. Provides advanced sales or clinical support to promote and sell products. Implements growth initiatives and improves competitive positioning through innovative sales and customer retention strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
