Schneider Electric is hiring a Senior Specialist, Business Relationship Manager in Izmir, 35. This is a full-time position.
We are looking for a highly motivated MEA Schneider Digital Business Partner to drive digital transformation initiatives across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) Zone. This role acts as the key interface between business stakeholders and Schneider Digital, ensuring digital solutions are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to manage digital project portfolios, drive technology adoption, support business strategy, and enable operational excellence across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on all Schneider Digital-related topics across the MEA Zone.
- Act as a trusted digital consultant, promoting the adoption of digital tools and fostering a digital mindset.
- Manage and prioritize business demands, translating business requirements into actionable digital solutions.
- Drive the deployment and adoption of digital transformation and AI initiatives while ensuring measurable business value.
- Support business stakeholders in defining digital roadmaps and implementation priorities.
- Coordinate project execution with global and regional Schneider Digital teams.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates, and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate agile decision-making and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead service performance reviews and collaborate with internal and external service providers.
- Identify opportunities to optimize applications, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, key users, and technical teams across the region.
- Ensure alignment with global Schneider Digital strategies, standards, and governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, Business Partnering, or Project Management.
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Project Management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise digital solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital project delivery is an advantage.
- Experience with AI initiatives or digital adoption programs is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
