Description:

  • Supplier Performance Management
    Lead or coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous supplier performance improvement, covering quality, on-time delivery, cost competitiveness, technical and process innovation, sustainability (planet & society responsibility), and overall supplier responsiveness.
  • Purchasing Productivity & Cost Optimization
    Deliver purchasing productivity through effective negotiation, supplier change initiatives, and cost benchmarking across suppliers, ensuring measurable cost savings and value creation in line with business targets.
  • RFQ & Commercial Negotiation
    Manage RFQ, commercial evaluation, and negotiation processes to achieve competitive and reasonable purchasing prices, while ensuring optimal supplier selection in compliance with SE procurement policies.
  • Project Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects (with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to ensure purchasing objectives and project milestones are achieved as planned.
  • Upstream Supply Chain Improvement
    Provide operational support and drive actions related to upstream supply chain improvement, including risk mitigation, capacity alignment, and supply continuity enhancement.
  • Category & Supplier Strategy Execution
    Manage suppliers in alignment with category strategies, including business concentration, new supplier introduction, supplier relationship management, and long-term partnership development.
  • AI-enabled Procurement & Digital Literacy

  • Demonstrate AI and digital literacy to enhance procurement efficiency and decision support
  • Data-Driven & Analytical Mindset

  • Utilize data, analytics, and digital tools to support fact-based decision making in sourcing and supplier management, including productivity tracking, cost analysis, and performance monitoring.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 3 years procurement or sourcing experience of direct material'

    Fluency in English

    Bachelor degree or above

    Prefer engineer background, familiar with machining products.

    Good communication capability, team work, open mind, activity and positive.
