The responsibility for the planning and execution of customer order flow on an end to end perspective. Tracks the orders in backlog and brings in the necessary stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks in order to deliver to our commitment to the customer. Plans material requirement lists and production plans for the manufacturing of products. Performs ship planning based on sales forecasts and backlog goals. Leads event management activities that impact the Supply Chain and provides mitigation to minimize impact. Provides a scorecard for the Health of the supply chain to provide an objective view of performance

What you'll achieve

As a Material Planning Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfillment to improve customer order experience and deliver dell internal business target, and driving supply chain process continuous improvement with cross functional partners

You will:

• Plan and prioritize resources for order fulfilment - order priority, build/ship capacity plan, etc.

• Drive backlog fulfilment to meet corporate business plan, which involve backlog ship planning, end-to-end risk assessment, execution tracking

• Manage distress orders and late risk orders to ensure on time delivery

• Improve order visibility for customer experience

• Support order solution to sales escalations

• Continue to improve process capability through digitization and automation power

• Involved with local or business specific engagement initiatives in support of broader programs

Essential Requirements

• Graduate between 2025.11 and 2026.7, strong communication and collaboration

• Excel at data analysis and related advanced skill are preferred - Coding, Machine learning, etc.

• Willing to learn and embrace change

• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders

• Aptitude for resolving supply chain and material problems
  

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelors' degree and Masters' degree a plus

• Additional languages
