Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Tendering Engineer and be at the forefront of technical innovation! We're seeking a talented individual who can bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and customer needs, while driving business growth through technical expertise.

What will you do:

Quotation

- Quotation of CRAH, Chiller and Liquid Cooling products working on cost structure with internal tools (in co-

operation with Purchasing Department to define costs of ETO parts / components and to monitor product's

margin).

- Quotation of ETO spare part list, FAT and special shipments

- Lead time and project GANT definition

Technical support

- High level technical support to SE entities (system engineers or sales people) for ETO cooling products

(Chiller, CRAH, CRAC, Liquid Cooling)

- Technical definition of ETO products (with Product Design Leader - ETO Engineering)

- Ensure the link between tendering and execution on ETO scope - Handover to execution team at PO booking

- Specify and define the technical features through analysis of technical requirements

- Calculation of customized cooling product performance together with R& D

Project support

- Multi-factory tendering management

- To guarantee the agreed SLA in terms of response times.

- Support to SE local entities (system engineers or sales people) with tenders/specs analysis for large projects

- Analysis of project risks

- Porjects follow up in pre sales phase

Business support

- Support to Business Developers during customer visits for specific products.

- Support to Product Business Developers for Webinars and F2F trainings to SE entities, cooling partners and

customers.

- Support to LoB & R& D to maintain tools to give autonomy on technical design and quotation

- Bring feedback regarding tendering high runners to improve standardization

What will make you successful:
  • Education: Graduate or secondary school level with Technical background
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in cooling products
  • Language: English, Italian
  • Travel requirement: Yes
