Within the product management team the Junior Offer Manager will be part of the definition and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the sales configuration tool that supports our commercial teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the configurator delivers a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experience that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Key activities and responsibilities: - As part of the ERP platform migration, collaborate on gathering requirements and defining specifications for the Sales Configurator tool.
- Own the product backlog for the Sales Configurator, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into technical specifications for the development of the sales/marketing tools
- Continuous analysis of the sales portfolio in synergy with Product Owners, and implementation of proper sustaining actions as part of the simplification/EoL process.
- Internal business statistics & Collaboration with Tendering team for a smooth and effective synergy (Win/Loss analysis in collaboration with the regions).
- Collaborate with the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and the firmware team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features through regular backlog revision and agile reviews
- Ensure sales configurators handle complex pricing, bundling, and customization across product lines, aligned with regular List Price review gates.
- Act as the voice of the customer and sales team within the tool development process.
- Provide training and documentation to support adoption and usage of the configurator.
Knowledge & skills - Will to learn the fundamental of refrigeration applied to IT cooling.
- Will to learn sales processes, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems, or sales enablement tools.
- Good quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work and influence in a dynamic international environment.
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting tasks and to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
- Comfortable and effective in making presentations in front of large groups of people, including management.
- Ability to be a fast learner and comfortable working in a process driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms is a plus.
Qualification and Experience - Engineering (Management), Economics and Statistics Science or similar
- Flexibility on working in Agile/Scrum environments - with global teams in different time zones -
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong ability to multitask contents explanation effectively using Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI is considered a plus.
