Job Description
Schneider Electric is hiring a CSH - Technical Expert - Cooling and Datacenters in Conselve (PD), 34. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Expertise Support:
Provide L3 expert-level support for Connected Services Hub for cooling systems including and not limited on:
Provide expertise to help Analytics team develop scripts, algorithms relevant to facilitate our monitoring of cooling devices (Efficiency improvement & optimization).
Contribute to provisioning, validation tests and qualification of new offer bricks related to cooling.
Knowledge Management & Content Development:
Build & maintain knowledge content for cooling systems for Connected Services Team under the form of a comprehensive training plan.
Lead development of training modules for internal teams.
Create technical documentation:
Expert Network Management & Collaboration:
Be the Connected Services Hub Cooling Expert single point of contact with Schneider Electric relevant cooling experts' actors (ClimaCheck, BA, EAA SP& C...).
Work closely with Connected Services Hub Excellence team to
Quality Improvement:
Act as the voice of the field:

- CRAH/CRAC units
- InRow cooling
- Free cooling systems
- Cooling towers, dry coolers & heat-rejection equipment
- Digital monitoring infrastructures (sensors, flow, temperature, pressure, Netbotz...)
Provide expertise to help Analytics team develop scripts, algorithms relevant to facilitate our monitoring of cooling devices (Efficiency improvement & optimization).
- Cooling system integration with electrical distribution
Contribute to provisioning, validation tests and qualification of new offer bricks related to cooling.
Knowledge Management & Content Development:
Build & maintain knowledge content for cooling systems for Connected Services Team under the form of a comprehensive training plan.
Lead development of training modules for internal teams.
Create technical documentation:
- Provisioning Guide and application guide (digital twin creation and configuration)
- Alarm playbook creation (how-to react in case of alarms)
- Troubleshooting guides
- Know issues & resolutions
- Best practices
Expert Network Management & Collaboration:
Be the Connected Services Hub Cooling Expert single point of contact with Schneider Electric relevant cooling experts' actors (ClimaCheck, BA, EAA SP& C...).
Work closely with Connected Services Hub Excellence team to
- Optimize offer efficiency.
- Improve workflows and procedures for cooling-related execution.
Quality Improvement:
Act as the voice of the field:
- Identify recurring issues.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective plans.
- Provide structured feedback to LoB and engineering team.
Qualifications:
Technical
Strong experience with cooling systems including:
- Chillers (air/water-cooled)
- CRAH/CRAC units
- Refrigeration failures, cycle & thermodynamics
- Cooling control loops & instability
- Hydronics (pumps, loops, valves)
- Compressors, valves, pumps
- Datacenter rack level cooling
- Redundancy (N+1/N+2) behavior
Familiarity with datacenter infrastructure & Uptime Tier design principles.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-system failures.
IT / Digital
Understanding of:
- IoT architecture & sensors
- Sensor data flows
- Cloud platforms
- Cybersecurity basics
- Data analytics
- Communication protocols (Modbus/SNMP/BACnet)
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and trainings.
- Solid troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-system failures.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
Other
- Ability to travel as required.
- Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
