Key Responsibilities: - Establishes the processes for dedicated products per account and coordinate KAS activities
- Ensures timely stock monitoring to feed into the tender process
- Establishes a cross-functional team in the field for the key accounts, generates insights and action plans to be shared with CVT
- Creates a strategic account planning by combining the Marketing and Sales perspective, plays a bridging role in the implementation of CVT strategies, tactics and related projects in the Key Accounts,
- Shares all the insights from the field with the CVT and leads the creation of different projects suitable for each Key Account, supports and follows-up, determines KPIs and regularly monitors.
- Knows stakeholder relationship map in Turkey and develops projects, accordingly, with an effective resource management. Creates and implements stakeholder (KOL) relationship mapping and bridging with Country Value Team (CVT) strategy
- Prepares KOLs and hospital channel stakeholders for upcoming Hematology portfolio
- Has responsibility of key accounts management all over Turkiye.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience in the field sales roles within Pharmaceutical industry (Having diverse experiences in Sales Marketing would be a strong asset)
- Hematology experience is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Fluency in Turkish, preferably Advanced level of English
- Strong managerial and leadership as well as coaching skills
- Able to influence/lead a cross functional organization
- Able to travel frequently
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
