Description:
Key Responsibilities - Become the expert for the company's IT systems and support the rollout of the new project implementation
- Review the status of existing systems and infrastructure in terms of robustness and effectiveness and develop a continuous improvement plan.
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
- Manage all external IT Suppliers, Partners and Consultants to ensure a high-quality delivery. This includes a site based outsourced desktop support business, license, hosting and support agreements and support.
- Monitor clear KPIs and SLAs around all key systems and ensure that support vendors are delivering in line with our agreements.
- Work in line with guidelines from our Headquarters in Paris to carry out the given framework and policies
- Understand the company's growth and expansion plans and develop a tools and forward plan to support the organization's plans.
- Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
- Managing all IT Operational procedures ensuring incidents are identified, prioritized and resolved.
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Provide remote support to all users on the group network in Turkey
- Oversee policies and procedures to ensure consistent service levels and quick resolutions are implemented
- Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
- Design, implement and maintain network, server and storage Infrastructure
- Project manage local and group projects and initiatives
- Ensure system security, privacy and integrity is maintained to group and industry guidelines
Competencies - Bachelor's degrees in IT or a relevant field.
- Minimum post qualification experience of 5+ years of proven operational experience.
- Excellent understanding of networking, server, storage, WiFi, mobile device and PC operating systems, software, hardware, protocols, and standards.
- Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
- Ability to establish good working relationships within a diverse operation
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and with a friendly manner
- Working knowledge of IT practices and procedures
- Educated to degree level or any IT professional certifications.
- Ability to effectively manage projects
- A Retail experience is appreciated
- Cegid knowledge appreciated
