What you’ll achieve

As the SERVICE DESIGN SPECIALIST,

You will:

  • Guide the regions in the design and optimization of the service organizations to accommodate the introduction of ORBIS
  • Act as a service representative in the R& D release documentation/processes
  • Act as a service representative in the pre-assesment/Launch process when launching ORBIS in a new country
  • Create/gather and maintain the required service transfer documents like default statement of work, service plan default project plan
  • Introduce, review and optimize the required service processes to support the move of our products to cloud
  • Define, document the support model for ORBIS
  • Act as a BU stakeholder in the international service management virtual community and project management virtual community
  • Act as a BU stakeholder in the international service management virtual community and project management virtual community
  • Continuous optimization of the processes and documentation for a service-oriented and customer-friendly delivery organization

Essential Requirements

  • Over 5 years’ experience as an engineer or consultant supporting clients in a high tech or software environment (ideally within Healthcare IT) and a degree in computer science or medical informatics
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Certified ITIL 4 or PMP/Prince 2 is a plus
  • Knowledge of hospital Workflows, IHE, HL7, FHIR and DICOM
  • You are familiar or have experience with one of these cloud platforms: AWS/Azure
  • You are familiar or have experience with container concepts: Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift,

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge in German would be a plus.
  • You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with history of remote work
  • Your are accountable and take ownership for tasks/issues escalated to the team and act as a facilitator when required
  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to foster productive working relations with internal and external groups
