What You Will Do

设施设备管理职责

• 设备预防维护保养计划的建立, 优化及执行监督检查

• 设备故障处理, 保障生产顺利运行

• 部门绩效指标设立, 分析并带领团队持续提升绩效表现(异常停机时间, 备件库存天数, 维护费用)

• 特种设备, 环保设施 点检及校验检查, 确保设备运转正常, 废水废气达标排放

• 每月定期对工厂设施安全隐患进行识别讨论, 并制定相应的整改对策, 以减少工伤事故的发生

• 主导或者协助其它部门对工厂EHS、合规、生产效率提升等方面进行持续的改善配电房、空压房、消防泵房5S

厂务职责

• 确保消防系统满足设计规范要求

• 对消防系统11大类合计1155个点位项目定期进行测试, 确保其处于良好的工作状态

• 确保员工有很高的消防意识, 每个季度对各区域员工进行消防知识培训, 包括消防警铃声音模拟、逃生路 线识别、灭火器使用等

• 安保管理- 理解并贯彻koch、客户, 政府关于安保管理的期望 并确保内部管理流程被梳理, 优化及落地执行。

团队管理职责

• 具备较强的领导能力- 团队管理能力, 沟通及人际影响力。

• 公司文化的培训和践行

• 通过技术员技能交叉培训, 提高其工作效率, 从而减少人员数量以提升整个维修团队的管理效率

• 前沿技术储备, 以迎接不断变化的市场的挑战

• 结合自身技术特点并通过对KOCH集团内外部知识网络体系的技术整合, 对现有设备进行优化升级, 以提高我们的竞争优势

• 引导并培养员工的创新意识, 以最小资源创造最大产出

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 具备注塑电镀相关行业设备维修经验, 具备至少6年以上团队管理经验
• 英语可以和global技术团队沟通并独立召开会议
