• 工厂设备设施: 注塑机 33 台( 150 吨至 1600 吨), 手动喷漆线
• 团队规模: 10 个设备维修技术员

What You Will Do

• 设备预防维护保养计划的建立, 优化及执行监督检查

• 设备故障处理, 保障生产顺利运行

• 部门绩效指标设立, 分析并带领团队持续提升绩效表现(异常停机时间, 备件库存天数, 维护费用)

• 特种设备, 环保设施 点检及校验检查, 确保设备运转正常, 废水废气达标排放

• 每月定期对工厂设施安全隐患进行识别讨论, 并制定相应的整改对策, 以减少工伤事故的发生

• 主导或者协助其它部门对工厂 EHS 、合规、生产效率提升等方面进行持续的改善 .

• 结合自身技术特点并通过对 KOCH 集团内外部知识网络体系的技术整合, 对现有设备进行优化升级, 以提高我们的竞争优势

• 引导并培养员工的创新意识, 以最小资源创造最大产出

What Will Put You Ahead

• 具备注塑电镀喷涂相关行业设备维修经验, 具备至少 6 年以上团队管理经验
