岗位职责 Key responsibility

• Act as a key member of the manufacturing engineering team.
• Responsible for Mass transfer workshop production documentation, laser cutting, punching programing .
• Responsible for feasibility review, confirming manufacturing process
• Responsible for continued process improvement, support daily problem solving.
• Lead new line or new machine launch, create new machine or fixture technical specifications.
• Lead new machine qualification and trial run.
• Work with global ME team, provide or ask necessary support.
• Provide training for technicians and operators.
• Other task by superior.

岗位要求 Requirements

• College degree or above
• 5+years experiences in machining area, familiar with laser cutting /bending /punching
• Spoken English, writing and listening is must
• Good communication skill and teamwork ability.
