Job Summary

• Responsible for feasibility review of mechanical product, programing, machining process, designing fixture and jig .
• Responsible for CNC machine shop problem solving and continuous improvement, supporting CNC shop productivity improvement.

Key responsibility

• Act as a key member of the manufacturing engineering team.
• .
• Responsible for CNC workshop production documentation, CNC programming.
• Responsible for continued process improvement, support daily problem solving.
• Lead new line or new machine launch, create new machine or fixture technical specifications.
• Support for supplier development, provide professional judgement on fixture design and tool design and management.
• Lead new machine qualification and trial run.
• Work with global ME team, provide or ask necessary support.
• Provide training for technicians and operators.
• Other task by superior.

岗位要求 Requirements

• College degree or above
• 5+years experiences in machining area, familiar with FANUC and siemens CNC system.
• Good command with Esprit CNC programming software.
• Good English application ability both in oral and writing.
• Good communication skill and teamwork ability.
