Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is hiring a Program Manager to lead Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) and drive continual value achievement through business process excellence.

This role on KES's Equipment Technology & Services (ET& S) Business Process Excellence (BPX) team is initially responsible for actively leading ERP-related projects in China (Shanghai and Changshu) in partnership with KES IT leaders. The person in this position will support local and regional P& L leaders to ensure business goals are met or exceeded through ongoing transformation of People, Process, Technology, and Data solutions.

This role is highly cross functional in nature requiring global collaboration with multiple departments including, but not limited to: Commercial, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary in-region contact for ERP projects functioning as a liaison between business leaders and team members in the APAC region and the United States. You will also interact regularly with members of the global KES IT and ET& S OpEx teams to contribute to other business initiatives.

• Advance a culture that leverages principle-based decision making (vs detailed guidance/rules) grounded in key principles including team and individual contribution focus, integrity, humility, and respect.

• Collaborate across all disciplines and regions to develop, execute, and optimize profitable business process strategies, ensuring that the business delivers or exceeds value bet expectations.

• Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully execute projects delivering objectives on time and within budget. Facilitate productive, effective team meetings and present regular reports to Senior Global Leadership Teams.

• Develop structure, processes, and frameworks to support rapid and efficient execution of various programs designed to establish and maintain Operations Excellence throughout ET& S.

• Provide on-going program leadership and coaching to teams assigned to various OpEx programs to ensure team members are fully engaged, business processes are documented and followed, and metrics of success are met.

• Partner with project teams and business leaders to define key project metrics and targets for leading and lagging indicators. Engage with internal resources to develop scorecards and dashboards to track and report on progress to targets during and after project implementation.

• Participate in related KES and Koch Industries, Inc. (KII) activities to share best practices and maintain alignment across the organization.

• Support Operations leader to drive and lead capability road map as identified by Global OpEx team.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for APAC region with regards to Operational Excellence in business process and procedures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Proven program or project management proficiency with ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and projects.

• Demonstrated ability to lead global cross-functional teams, leveraging transparency and collaboration to achieve results.

• Demonstrated strong people leadership and communication skills with the desire and ability to confront issues openly and tactfully.

• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin languages.

• Willing and able to travel up to 25%.
