Job Description:

§ This role is dedicated to the overall packaging function for all products made in Suzhou site, including sterile packaging in clean room; Non-sterile packaging; Labelling; Boxing.

本岗位负责在苏州工厂整个包装部门的所有产品，包含洁净室的灭菌包装，非灭菌包装，标签，和装箱；

§ Lead and coordinate packaging related activities cross Suzhou, sister sites, WW packaging development team and WW labelling team based in US, ensure Suzhou packaging comply to J& J standards.

主导和协调苏州和兄弟工厂，在美国的全球包装开发团队以及全球标签团队之间的项目，确保 苏州的包装符合强生的标准；

§ It covers the creation and maintenance of the required packaging and labelling processes to assure the expected quality, on time delivery and cost efficiency.

§ Partner with quality department to develop the quality system, validate equipment, processes and products in order to guarantee full compliance with all regulations.
