Job Description:
Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Acts as the point of contact and is responsible for creating and maintaining employee data/compliance-related forms, systems, and processes. Ensures compliance in all areas of HR in accordance with fair policies and procedures of the local, state, and federal law.
Supports human resources management processes from onboarding to offboarding of employees
Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
Provides human resources operations subject matter expertise to leadership.
Assists with the design, implementation, and monitoring of a variety of human resource programs.
Escalates issues or concerns to HR leadership and business unit leadership.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
This job does not require any experience. This job is overtime eligible.
