Responsible for managing the immediate and medium-term production schedule for assigned
Production Units in the DePuy manufacturing plant of J& J Medical (Suzhou) Ltd. /负责强生苏州工厂
短期, 中长期的生产计划;
• Fulfilling and tracking production program, to ensure the work in the production line (work orders).
React to deviations to the production plan. 对生产计划跟踪, 反应, 并确保物料按时交付。
• Support creation of Master Production Schedule and agree and execute Schedule at code level with
business partners (Manufacturing, Procurement and Engineering). /支持物料主数据的建立, 保证生
产工单的执行
• Plan must achieve Plant targets for Customer Service, Inventory, Schedule Attainment and Lead Time
by control and management of Work in Progress (WIP). /跟踪管理生产过程以确保达成工厂主要指
标-客户服务水平, 库存, 计划达成率, 交付周期。
• Ensure that all Quality and EHS requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities
defined in the Company's Safety Statement when procuring Stock items. /保证物料采购过程符合相
关规范, 如质量, EHS 等。
• Other job assigned by direct supervisor. /完成经理, 主管指派的其它任务.Required Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能:

• SAP experience is a big / SAP 经验优先
• Familiar with MRP, MPS etc. /熟悉ＭＲP, ＭPＳ等
• Understands the principles of a supply chain /熟悉理解供应链知识
