What will you do?
The Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst is responsible for the Credit, Reporting, Cash Application, Accounts Receivables Collection, This role is essential for the day-to-day operations of the Japan market.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Management:
•Support on credit releasing items
•GCM input for credit annual review reference
•Support the credit setting for new customer
•Order release support
•Annual Credit review
•Credit master data update
•Coordinate with the external BPO providers

Financial Reporting:
•Preparation of AR aging report, Bad debt reserve report specific and general),
General Reserve Assessment report, CECL report, Negative AR reclassification report,
DSO report, Annual Credit Tolerance Assessment, and AR forecast reports...etc.

Other AR related Work:
•Perform payment notice for Other AR items
•Deal with the external and internal audit request
•Cashflow forecast
•AR review and other ad hoc Local support

AR Collection Management Support & Back-up
•Perform AR collection tasks including:
-SOA preparation
-Collection of customer payment detail documents, Tracking and solving the payment term discrepancies
-Deposit management (balance and interest, risk review),
-Banking information management,
-New payment term setting
-Confirmation letter issuance
-Processing for bad debit write off when needed

Cash application Back-up

Other Ad Hoc tasks required by the team not listed above

•Bachelor's Degree of Accountancy or any business course
•Fluency in Japanese
•Preferably CPA but is not required.
•Should have at least minimum of 5 years professional work experience in AR Collections in a large multinational corporation or BPO company.
•Has an experience handling international accounts.
•Excellent communication skills both oral and written with good communication skills with various stakeholders.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint and ERP SAP System.
•Should have continuous improvement mindset.
•Prioritization skill and task management
•Strong analytical skills with problem solving skills to manage with difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative.
•Flexible, hardworking, team-player and can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
