What will you do

The Invoice to Cash Team lead is leading Asia region data analysis, reporting and project implementation. As a process leader, you will lead daily data analysis, drive process & automation improvement initiatives, and execute against strategic objectives set by senior leadership while adhering to compliance and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Data analysis & Reporting

• Leading region data and report consolidation, validation and analysis

Ø Centrally enhance, support and generate daily/ weekly/monthly/ annual reports for markets in the region including not limited to

² Cash Collection projection forecast, actual tracking list and timely raise flag for delay payment customers

² Dispute tracking reporting

² Cash flow forecast and tracking

² Customer profiles analysis report

² AR forecast and tracking report

² Budget vs. Actual comparison report

• Leading and drive automation and standardization of reports

• Leading Dashboard preparation with data-insight analysis to support different review purpose (by region, market, channel, customer)

• Co mpliance report support and SOX requirement sign-off

• Centrally coordinate with the external and internal audit request related to I2C

I2C Projects Oversight

• Support I2C global and regional projects as Asia key coordinator to support or lead the execution

• Regional engagement with I2C peers to understand automation and analysis needs

• Drive robot forecast process on AR & cash flow simulation

• Drive automation and business analysis in Asia

Other Ad Hoc tasks required by the team not listed above.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management or a related field

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant Finance experience, with expertise across Financial Planning & Analysis, business analysis, Credit Management, Collections, Disputes/Deductions Management, Cash Applications, and AR Reporting

• At least 2 years of previous Finance management experience

• Extensive experience within shared services or global business services environments, with a strong grasp of best practices in large-scale financial operations.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) with the ability to drive system optimizations.

• Excellent English communication skills, adept at managing and influencing senior stakeholders and fostering cross-functional partnerships.

• Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with resilience under pressure and a commitment to delivering solutions.
