Description

•Manages the Supply planning and preparation of supply plans across all Self Care EMs for China. Develops and implements supply planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures.
•Responsible for running the MPS, analyses plants capacity constraints and define the constrained MPS/Supply plan
•Responsible for Customer Service and product supply reliability.
•Submits supply plans and Finished Goods inventory coverage reports to the PLAN management and develops solutions to address the potential disruption problems. Analyses results and identify Demand issues/risks and initiates appropriate action to meet business goals
•Define Inventory strategy (including safety stock levels) for Finished Goods through the Inventory Entitlement model to ensure Capital efficiency optimization.
•Be the focal point of contact between XJP and Kenvue China, be the TMO member for Dimond steering group daily management for API and excipient phasing-in-phasing-out supply impacts
•Conduct MPS through APO system, adopt AIM etc planning tools for the supply planning process
•Supporting network and other New Product Development/Initiative project by providing insights and simulation to guide the project team to the right supply chain strategy from planning's view
•Drive VSM initiatives strategy and execution - MOQ and Leadtime reduction, Days Before Next Run (DBNR), Sync project.

•Bachelor's Degree or above
•At least 3-5 years of experience with supply chain, strong supply chain acumen
•Effective verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills and command of English
•Good SAP skills and excel skills, strong analytical skills to drive conclusions from cause & effects analysis.
•Organizational agility
•Results oriented and able to independently draft & design, seek endorsement and then execute & deliver.
•Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to changes and meet deadlines.
