Independently lead Motrin OTC base & cooling patch by continually improving mental and physical availability to ensure stable growth of the brand and maintaining leading share:
  1. Lead regular business review and projects with close monitor on category and solid analysis. Support line manager in company routine and key cycle review.
  2. Continue to solidify Motrin brand positioning as category prototype by leading brand seasonal IMC, collaborating with channel team to ensure campaign fully & well landed.
  3. Lead social K/F/S plan to drive successful social/EC model.

Experience:
  • More than 6 years related marketing experience
  • Prefer Consumer Health/OTC/Nutrition and Baby Care background
