Job Description- Project & Offer Quality leader

ü Schneider Electric's SP Business Unit is passionate about end-to-end product quality to satisfy customer. In this position, the Project & Offer Quality Leader has the responsibility as followed,

Project Quality Management

ü Establish the Project Quality Plan and Quality Target get its validation, and lead its execution to ensure the Offer Quality Built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers

ü Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team and all customer requirements are well taken in account from Open to Closure of Project.

ü Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Processes and the collaborative and function processes and make sure that Risk Identification, Assessment and Mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project.

ü Make the synthesis on Lessons Learned on product development

Offer Quality Management

ü Build quality vision and strategy for the league and offers involved

ü Strong leadership on any quality topics (customer case, CMI, CSI, OSA etc.)

ü Work with R& D to speed up issue analysis and solving.

ü Collaborate with Front Office, include sales, marketing, country CS& Q to response customer quickly and efficiently.

ü Actively participate in offer strategic discussions and provide quality inputs to offer roadmap planning.

ü Partner with League and Squad team to spread and develop Quality & CX expertise

ü Drive continuous improvement implementation in IG/OG factory.

ü Systemize/standardize quality Management process, include identifying and eliminating quality risks, ECR management, RMA management e.g., which can impact customer satisfaction and quality.

ü Ensure the application CS& Q directives. Decide about to stop of manufacturing and Derogation

Manufacturing Quality Management

ü Lead process CTQ identification and mitigate risk action implemetation.

ü In charge of IG/OG Quality Management by quality coaching / regular quality report review / onsite audit to ensure end to end quality management.

ü To collaborate with SE colleagues to understand, mitigate and eliminate these risks wherever they occur in the product lifecycle by supporting quick and effective responses to field quality issues

ü Define and deploy the RMA process to vendor and monitor the implementation

ü Responsible for the quality contract clause and push the final agreement signed by supplier

Qualifications

Requirements:

ü Self-motivating and excellent team player

ü Strong leadership and ownership with systematic thinking on quality topics.

ü Bachelor's degree in technical discipline is required, and 3+ years of RD / QA working experience.

o Basic understanding of cooling related product, like principle of refrigeration, product structure, function of sub-parts/components. Electronic circuit /component knowledge preferred.

ü Skills of

o Be proficient in Project Quality Management, Include PMP, PLM, PEP.

o Be skillful at data analysis on customer quality analytics.

o Be good at manufacturing Quality Management, like PCBA, Stamping, machining, coating, etc.

o Problem Resolving & Lesson Learned & continue Improvement. L6S Green belt + preferred.

o Results oriented, precise, organized, capable to handle complex issues

o Master of quality methodology, such as FMEA, 8D, FTA etc.

o Risk Detection and Assessment
