Responsibility:
  • Lead virtual team to develop BU MarCom strategy and plan, based on BU business priorities and local market needs.
  • Work closely with function teams to manage BU MarCom program calendar, budget, and resource allocation, to ensure high-quality deliverables in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Serve as key contact of BU marketing related activities, resolve conflicts and problems, also to prioritize needs based on business insight.
  • Leverage all available resources to drive Marcom activities to greatest success.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of proven global initiatives and communication tools excellence.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate effectiveness/ROI of MarCom performance, and provide professional analysis and reporting.


Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 8+ years' experience in Marketing, MNC firms experience is a strong plus.
  • Good problem solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration and facilitation.
  • Good communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese.
  • Knowledge or experience in Industry Automation is a plus
