What You Will Do

• Take care of invoice processing including invoice scanning, processing and AP report analysis.
• Response AP queries and escalations.
• Support internal/External audit.
• Review daily payment report, monitor the accuracy rate and balance early/late payment.
• Closely monitor and follow up urgent payment requests
• Review/follow up aged AP items and improve AP process. Solve the problem with professional skills. Make sure there is significant improvement.
• Monitor and ensure daily operation meet the internal/external control requirement
• Support AP leader and raise out any improvement suggestion regarding operation team performance and service requirements. Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement of service levels including the addition of new services;

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 2~4 years working experiences in Account Payable Function
• Be familiar with AP process
• Bachelor Degree
• Good at Excel and words
• Good communication for English, Chinese.
• Work with high volume in systematic way
• With positive attitude, a team player
• Quick learner and can work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail - working with hard-copy documents and system data as well
• High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally
• Work independently and resolve issues with logic mind-set
• Coordination ability with various stakeholders
• Support project based system testing for the responsible entities
• Prepare training material and deliver the training to users.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by AP leader.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Major in Accounting or Finance
• Working experience in multi-national company
• SAP or QAD system
• AP background
