What You Will Do

1. Payment initiation & processing in ERP & online bank portals for Asia Pacific entities.
2. Foreign currency payment supporting documents preparation and validation base on local regulations.
3. Case studying, analyzing, and troubleshooting to make sure on time payment.
4. Perform monthly internal & external reports and communicate with related parties if necessary.
5. Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and compliance with SAFE requirements.
6. Provide valid comments to the various audit and inspection procedures related to the payments as per required by the regulators or auditors.
7. Ad hoc projects/tasks assigned

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Above 2 years foreign currency payment experience;
3. Workable English skills in writing and speaking;
4. Experience working with SAP will be a plus.
5. Good communication skill
6. Quick learner
7. Self-motivated
8. Able to work independently with tight schedule to meet deadline
9. High attention to detail
10. Advanced Excel skills
