• Lead technology transfer projects and ensure successful transfer of products between manufacturing sites.
• Provide technical support and expertise in validation execution for manufacturing operations.
• Support cost improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for productivity enhancement.
• Assist in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis for non-conformance incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical studies, specifications, and formulation records.
• Manage and maintain the manufacturing sciences and technology database.
• Continuously develop technical and leadership skills through self-learning and participation in team activities.
• Adhere to GMP, health, safety, and environmental standards in daily work practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work station.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Polymer Materials or Engineering is required. M.S. is preferred.
• Familiarity with process validation, documentation control, and compliance with GMP standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
