Job Description:

1.Principal Duties and Responsibilities (General Summary, essential functions and authorities, etc.)

• Warehouse ERP system support & data operation
  • Support for system related project, be responsible for UAT（testing & documentation） and drive the project benefit for operation.
  • System user instruction file maintain and update
  • System issue tracking and well coordinate and cooperation with ERP technical team and warehouse operation team.
  • Warehouse system master data: data maintenance and control
  • Be responsible for system data transaction & reports, connect end to end process & document filing
  • Backup for system facilities management and support
• Data solution & reporting
  • Data readiness, reporting and dashboard
  • Data analyze and intelligence report innovation
  • Team work for digital strategy transformation
• Project
  • Project support from data and system perspective
  • Support for project document filing and track
• To implement other jobs required by the line manager
