Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Manage the electrophysiology equipment pipeline and support product planning and optimization.

2. Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional activities based on market analysis.

3. Provide sales support to ensure sales targets are met and market share is increased.

4. Collect and analyze market trends to generate actionable insights.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advance product recognition.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree is a must, preferred in medical degree or MBA.

2. At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferred in medical/pharmaceutical, FMCG or digital industry.

3. Open-minded with strong execution skills and strategic thinking.

4. Outstanding capability on presentation and communication. Ability to interact with people at all levels.

5. Strong KOL development and management skill

6. Proficient in both spoken and written English

7. Multi-task management skills

8. Frequent travel required
