Job Description:

1、负责策划、执行医疗领域国际化交流项目， 涵盖学术会议、医生培训、技术研讨等场景， 确保项目符合强生医疗专业教育目标。

2、建立并维护与亚太地区医疗机构、行业协会及专家的合作关系， 搭建稳定的区域交流网络， 推动跨地区医疗资源联动。

3、深度调研亚太地区客户需求（ 含医疗机构、行业合作伙伴等） ， 结合区域医疗政策与市场特点， 输出需求分析报告， 为项目优化提供依据。

4、专项挖掘中国医生及国内客户的专业教育需求， 针对性设计适配的交流内容与形式， 提升项目对国内医疗从业者的价值。

5、协调内外部资源（ 如讲师、技术支持、物料筹备等） ， 保障项目全流程顺畅推进， 及时解决执行中的问题。

6、收集项目反馈（ 客户、参与者、合作方） ， 总结项目经验与不足， 形成复盘报告， 持续迭代项目方案， 提升项目质量与影响力。
