We are seeking an experienced and dynamic China Channel Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize our channel marketing strategies in the Chinese market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, strong relationships with channel partners, and a proven track record in driving growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in CBD.
    • Identify and establish relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers.
  • Partner Enablement:
    • Create and deliver training programs, marketing materials, and sales tools to enable channel partners to effectively promote and sell our products.
    • Conduct regular partner meetings and workshops to share best practices, product updates, and marketing insights.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of channel marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor expenditures and ensure all marketing activities are within budgetary constraints.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of channel marketing programs.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to leverage corporate resources and align on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in channel marketing, preferably within the OTC, FMCG or related industry.
  • New product launch experience, Key accounts management experience, O2O is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
