What You Will Do

Executing corporate's IT and Operation vision in the digital plant area in Asia. Partner with global integrated product teams (Manufacturing Execution System, Asset Maintenance Transformation, Engineering solution, etc.) to understand and align vision and strategies. Utilizing new technologies as well as existing solutions to create innovation, helping to improve quality, yields, utilization, predictability, and cost competitiveness for our manufacturing sites.

• In-depth understanding of both IT and operation vision, status quo, and challenges by effective networking across teams in manufactory sites as well as integrated global product teams.
• Product team roadmap, initiatives, and best practices are proactively shared to regional operation partners, helping them connected with global strategy and priorities.
• Well-researched points of view are provided to product teams for demands from Asia, ensuring the values are fully understood and the priorities are properly defined.
• Awareness of initiatives in Asia is created through various methods (e.g. Yammer, videos, sway newsletters, TEAMS meetings) to seek potential opportunities for knowledge sharing and value scale-up.

Define problems and opportunities, design, and implementation IT solutions to strike operational excellence and business results.

• In-depth understanding of operation / business processes, current solution utilized with anticipation of new requirements. Share IT solution knowledge with integrated product teams and explain how it creates value. Analyse and expose process optimization opportunities by practicing excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Available options are evaluated, best knowledge is sought, both buy and build decisions are well substantiated. Good economic decisions and recommendations are made considering total cost of ownership, as well as ensuring an IT modern architecture and good cyber security design.
• Improvements to current work processes are evaluated by working together with our partners before investing in a technology solution.

Ensure timely delivery of IT projects, adhering to constraints of time, budget, scope, and quality.

• Business case is aligned, value will be captured, and sponsor expectations are met by effective project management during whole project life cycle.
• Mutual-trusted relationship is proactively maintained with project stakeholders by effective communication.
• Knowledge is documented and shared across teams to enable long term success on solutions delivered.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 5+ years in IT business analysis or super user related working experience.
• Strong communication & influencing skills in a matrix & global environment.
• Advanced skills in business requirement elicitation, gathering and documentation.
• Track record of sophisticated IT solution design and implementation.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to deliver results.
• Fluent Mandarin and English in both writing and speaking.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Plant digitalization related working experience is a plus.
• MES, especially AVEVA/Wonderware MES related working experience is a plus.
