Description:
Key Responsibilities - Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, C& B, performance management, talent management, employee relations, training & development, day-to-day HR operations etc.
- Acts as the single HR contact point to assigned department and specialist HR functions on all HR matters, with a strong focus in recruitment activities.
- Form close partnership and provide consultation and advice to the Travel Retail stores in China on a wide range of strategic and operational Human Resources issues.
- Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with the people plans. Coach department managers in HR practices and help to develop their people management skills and HR knowledge.
- Working in partnership with department to monitor and manage employee relations issues, contracting services of specialist HR functions as required. Report issues to senior management as required.
- Accountable for all HR Programs and deliverables, ensuring that the programs are designed and implemented successfully to meet and support the department's needs. Closely connect with local subsidiary HR team to keep abreast of the policy updates.
- Proactively gain business unit feedback to the HR Director striving improvement on the service level.
- Ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge - Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidate with experience in reporting to a remote manager will be preferred.
- Able to liaise effectively with staff and managers at all levels of the organization.
- Able to influence, negotiate and persuade others.
- Able to analyze and resolve problems speedily and effectively.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and market practices applying it in appropriate circumstances
