What you will do

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to become part of our regional Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful history of providing outstanding IT services and support in complex environments. This role will play a key part in ensuring our IT systems, services, and infrastructure effectively back our supply chain operations on-site, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • This role entails full responsibility for all IT services within a manufacturing environment. A comprehensive understanding of the infrastructure design, including networks in ICE (Integrated Computing Environment) environments, is essential. Engage in technical discussions with IT stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ensure that services are delivered and maintained effectively within the supply chain context.
  • It is imperative to comprehend manufacturing processes and device management, including their respective roles within the system.
  • Maintain updated hardware and lifecycle management knowledge, ensuring alignment with product flows. Additionally, it is crucial to confirm that local infrastructure services adhere to existing policies and approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Operations Management:
  • Using site metrics, compliance checks, and reports, ensure overall site operations align with corporate, Technical Services, and local site/Operating Company standard operating procedures.

Infrastructure Management:
  • Ensure local/site end-user computing assets are standardised and secure. Accountable for recommending process improvements and proposing cost-saving solutions leveraging insights from top responsibilities. Forecast future IT infrastructure needs and plan for scalability as the manufacturing plant grows based on alignment with IT stakeholders on business demands.

Vendor Management:
  • Execute required tasks for local, regional, and global projects and activities undertaken by Technical Services. Act as the on-site point of contact, as well as the incident and service request escalation contact for End User Services partners, Tech, and business clients as appropriate.

Project Management:
  • Lead site projects on quality, timelines, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:
  • 2-5 years of experience in delivering IT infrastructure services.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Qualified in computer science or possess experience-based learning.
  • ITIL qualification supported by best practices and certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation) preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to manage end-to-end troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, networking, and servers.
  • Technical knowledge and experience with servers, network, and infrastructure services.
  • Technical capabilities with devices, printers, tablets, scanning and RF.

Soft Skills:
  • Good social skills and fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to locate underlying issues through conversation.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to interact with anticipated audiences courteously and with a service-oriented approach.
  • Experience in end-user services, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), or specialisation in IT End User Support/Desktop Management Environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with IT stakeholders and end-users whilst delivering information on time.
  • Experience leading projects to strict timelines.
  • The ability to troubleshoot end-to-end processes.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
